Skin Care
We treat acne scars, dullness, and uneven texture with facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and HydraFacial.
What we recommend depends on what your skin actually needs, whether that's a one-time treatment or an ongoing plan.
Laser Hair Removal
Permanent hair reduction for the face and body, using technology designed to keep things comfortable.
Results build over a full course of sessions, so we'll walk you through what to actually expect rather than promising results after one or two visits.
Body Sculpting
EM muscle stimulation and RF cavitation are used on localized areas where fat or lack of definition can be particularly stubborn, the kind that doesn't move much no matter how consistent you are with diet or exercise.
The goal is to help improve body shape and contour in those specific spots.
Massage Therapy
Swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone. Works well on its own or paired with another treatment.
Osteopathy
If you're dealing with musculoskeletal pain, stiffness, or mobility that's just not where it should be, osteopathic treatment can help get things back on track, including recovery after an injury.
Acupuncture
We use acupuncture to help with sleep issues, skin conditions like eczema, and stress-related symptoms.

Hi, I am Ela, the owner & founder of My Beauty Secrets.
With more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics and thousands of treatments performed over the course of my career, I has seen enough to know that every client's situation is different, and sometimes the right call is no treatment at all.
Since opening My Beauty Secrets in West Vancouver in 2022, our clinic has grown around a simple idea: treatments should be done carefully and honestly, and never rushed.
Our first job is to understand what's bothering you or the kind of result you are looking for, and what you've already tried. From there, the conversation focuses on what's realistic for your situation.
